開關柜廠家柜體介紹
開關柜的基本框架采用拼裝組合式結構，由KB型鋼通過自攻鎖緊螺釘互相緊固聯接成基本框架，再按方案變化需要，加上相應的門、封板、隔板、安裝支架以及母線、功能單元等零件組合成一臺完整的開關柜，柜內結構都經過鍍鋅處理，也可以采用敷鋁鋅板生產，并實行模數化安裝（1E=25mm）.開關柜面板采用優質鋼板經數控機床加工而成，表面經過酸洗、磷化處理后靜電噴塑，抗磨耐腐，既有牢固的機械強度，又有可靠的接地連續性。
開關柜隔室可分為功能單元室、母線室、電纜室，各單元的功能作用相對獨立且區域之間又連續的金屬板或阻燃板的功能壁嚴格分隔，保證使用安全且防止事故蔓延。

Switchgear compartment can be divided into functional unit compartment, busbar compartment, and cable compartment, the function of each unit is relatively independent and separated by metal plate or flame-retardant wall between functional areas to ensure safety and to prevent accidents spreading.
